  • Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the roleThis is a healthcare role, and the safety, wellbeing and security of our patients and staff is our top priority.Our security services play a key role in keeping people safe and we have an opportunity for an experienced security professional to step into the role of Security Supervisor for Southland.As the Supervisor, you'll be responsible for a team of people that look after our patients, our visitors, and our staff.
You'll carry out routine patrols, write reports, diffuse tense situations, and mentor the team.
You'll be a peacemaker, a confident communicator and display kindness and helpfulness in everything you do.
You will need to be non-judgemental and have a good level of physical fitness.Our security team are the people that keep the hospital safe.Our primary role is Healthcare
