Role responsibilities:
- Nurturing and developing a high-performing team
- Upskilling team members & driving their performance on a daily basis
- Continuing to foster a fun, engaging people-focused culture
- Managing all financial operations including KPIs & sales reports etc
- Rostering, supporting with HR operations, team delegation

- A highly people-focused individual - this is a massive people leadership role, you need to be confident in leading from the front and driving performance
- Someone who can continue to foster a stable and engaged culture
- Someone adaptable - a strong leader and mentor who can really drive people
- An experienced Store Manager from either FMCG, large format, or a high-volume, high-turnover, fast-paced environment
- Competence in administration - ordering, sales reporting etc
