Keen to Lay Down Some Seriously Awesome Concrete (Especially Kerbing!) in Sunny Tauranga?

Kerb and Concrete Tauranga is on the hunt for a gun Working Foreperson who lives and breathes concrete, especially when it comes to kerbing! If you're a kerbing whiz with solid all-round concrete skills and you're keen for a fantastic opportunity in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, then get in touch!

We're a down-to-earth team that takes immense pride in delivering top-notch concrete work, from perfectly smooth flat work to robust structures and, crucially for this role, expertly laid kerbing. We need someone who can jump straight in, lead by example on the kerbing front, and bring their A-game to all our projects.

What you'll be doing (the nitty-gritty):

  • Being a key player on-site, getting stuck into all aspects of concrete construction – flat work, structures, and everything in between.
  • Crucially, you'll be bringing your expertise in kerbing to the forefront, hitting the ground running on these specialist jobs.
  • Keeping things running smoothly on-site and ensuring the quality of our work is second to none.
  • Being a great communicator and helping to guide the team.
  • Operating vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.

What you'll need in your toolkit:

  • Solid experience in all facets of concrete construction.
  • Proven expertise and a strong background in kerbing.
  • A full Class 1 driver's licence and the ability to confidently drive a manual transmission (our gear needs a confident hand!).
  • A positive attitude, a good sense of humour, and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things right, safely.
  • For the safety of everyone on our team and our sites, successful applicants will need to pass a pre-employment drug test.

What's in it for you (the good stuff!):

  • A typically Monday to Friday work week – making the most of those Tauranga weekends!
  • Generous remuneration that truly reflects your valuable skills and experience.
  • The potential for a company phone and vehicle to help you manage your work.
  • For the right kerbing superstar who's keen to relocate, relocation assistance to our sunny shores in Tauranga could be available!
  • The chance to be a valued member of a fun, supportive, and growing local company – we reckon Kerb and Concrete is a pretty sweet place to work.

Ready to Bring Your Kerbing Prowess to the Bay?

If you're a kerbing expert with the concrete know-how we need and you're ready for an exciting opportunity, we'd love to hear from you! Send your CV and a bit about yourself to jobs@kerbandconcrete.nz or give us a bell on 07 578 9209.

We are an equal opportunity employer and embrace diversity. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, or disability.

We're excited to welcome a kerbing pro to our Tauranga team!
