OCS Whakatane is seeking a motivated and reliable Specialist Services Cleaner to deliver high-quality cleaning services and consistently exceed client expectations.

OCS is a leading provider of professional cleaning and facilities management services, operating across both the North and South Islands of New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes, but is not limited to:

General and specialist commercial cleaning
Floor scrubbing and polishing using machinery
High-level wall and surface dusting
Carpet cleaning using commercial machines
Window cleaning
Strip and seal floor treatments
Water blasting
Working at heights using appropriate safety equipment
Trade cleans and other specialist tasks as required
Window cleaning

Training & Experience

Comprehensive training will be provided. However, prior experience in commercial cleaning, machine operation, or related trades/services will be highly advantageous.

Work Schedule

30 Hours per week with the potential to increase
Flexibility is essential, as working hours may vary
Shifts may include day, night, and weekend work to meet operational requirements

Requirements

Full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence
Comfortable working at heights and using harness equipment
Ability to pass a Police Check and Ministry of Justice check
Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand
