About the role
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the smooth running of the Critical Care Unit by providing efficient and timely administrative support that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service and wider organisation.

About you
We're looking for a new team member to carry out varied administrative duties to support the wider team and ensure our department runs smoothly. You will be resilient, display maturity while making sound decisions, and maintain a professional, can-do attitude that aligns with our values.
As an experienced administrator, you'll be confident juggling multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure.
Ideally, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical administration role
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent word processing and data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- A flexible approach and the ability to prioritise your workload successfully
- A respectful and professional manner when handling confidential and sensitive information
