Business Analyst – ERP Implementation

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for driving successful ERP implementations? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in Mt. Wellington on a 6-month contract to support a major ERP transformation project.
About the Role:
As an experienced Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure the ERP system is configured to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to elicit, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for ERP configuration
- Support testing, training, and change management activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution design
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
About You:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects (e.g., INFOR, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, or HR
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies is a plus
