Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate quotes for roofing/waterproofing projects
- Review plans and specifications
- Liaise with the director on scope and pricing
- Suggest cost efficiencies where appropriate
- Experience in quantity surveying (preferably roofing/construction)
- Strong attention to detail
