About the role
To oversee and manage all remedial work promptly and to the highest standard, that will take you around the North Island. This involves but it not limited to carrying out remedial painting and maintenance work, scheduling sub-trades, checking quality and communicating with clients.
The right candidate will be professional, organised, communicative, client focussed and respectful of others living spaces.
Liaising with clients and planning what remedial work is appropriatePlan and implement remedial work
Ability to carry out remedial painting and maintenance work
Schedule in sub-trades – Build strong relationships with sub trades to ensure strong communication on all jobs
Ensure the work is completed to company standard
Wow clients with prompt and caring services
Maintain a strong relationship with team members
Ability to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm
Key Competencies and Skills Required
Remedial work experience in New Zealand Residential Construction, advantageous but not essentialTrade Qualified Painter advantageous
Plastering Experience advantageous
Computer skills advantageous
Full New Zealand drivers’ licence is a Must
