- What you'll doAs a Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of delivering meaningful programmes that support the wellbeing of Aotearoa.
If you thrive on structure, love working with people, and enjoy bringing clarity to complexity—this role is for you.Support programme delivery by helping monitor and evaluate key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Coordinate project planning and reporting using Agile and PMP methodologies to track progress and outcomes.Create and manage project artefacts such as reports, presentations, and proposals that inform decision-making.Drive team efficiency by supporting sprints, stand-ups, and providing administrative support across the project lifecycle.Navigate ambiguity with confidence, using sound judgment to keep project streams on track and stakeholders informed.Ko ngā pūkenga ōu
- What you'll bringAgile certification is idealKnowledge and experience in both agile and Prince 2 tools and methodologies such as Jira, Microsoft Project.Proven ability to provide strong coordination support across complex digital projectsExcellent prioritisation skills, ability to use initiative, work under pressure and meet deadlines in an ambiguous and dynamic environmentExcellent relationship management skills
