As Team Lead, you will provide clinical and operational leadership to Speech Language Therapy, Dietetics, Physiotherapy Outpatients, and Community Allied Health teams, supporting staff, strengthening service delivery, and advocating for high quality, patient-centred care.About the Team/Service/LocationCommunity and Outpatient Allied Health services in the Eastern Bay of Plenty deliver care across a range of settings, supporting people to remain well and independent within their communities.

You will work alongside Professional Leads, fellow Team Leads, and senior leadership including Associate Directors and the Chief Allied Health Officer to build a cohesive, high performing service. The team culture values collaboration, shared leadership, and continuous improvement.
