Customer Service Representative
Auckland
Our Logistics client is looking for a Customer Service / Administrator to assist a busy team for approximately 6 weeks starting early-mid July.
We are seeking someone who has a logistics background and has previously worked in a logistics environment.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (approx 08:00am - 04:30pm)Location: Mt Wellington, AucklandHourly Rate: $28 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service - telephone, face to face and via email
- Data Entry
- Processing Orders
- Assisting with some accounts reconciliation
- Use of Cargowise software
- Other general admin duties as required
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Customer focused with a friendly and personable phone manner
- Accounts experience would be a bonus but not essential.
- Ability to return a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal background check.
