The Position:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in hospitality management. This role requires someone who can uphold high standards synonymous with Jizo. Key responsibilities:- Managing all aspects of Jizo front of house operations, including but not limited to staff management, customer service, and overall venue performance.
- Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor licensing laws, and other relevant industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimise cost control measures.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers.
- Proven experience in hospitality management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
