The Role
This is a key leadership hire for our business. As the leading installer, you will own the on-site installation operation end-to-end — planning, leading, and delivering joinery installation projects to a consistently high standard, without requiring day-to-day oversight from the business owner.
This role is ideal for an experienced installer who is ready to step into a leadership position, take real ownership, and grow with a business.

- Champion a safe working environment and enforce safe work practices at all times
- Complete site documentation, job sign-offs, and any required H&S records
- Set the tone on site — lead by example in work ethic, attitude, and professionalism
- Support the development of less experienced crew members on site
- Work collaboratively with the factory team and office to ensure smooth handovers

- Current full NZ driver's licence
- Takes ownership — you treat the job as if it were your own business
- Clear communicator with clients, crew, and office staff
- Organised and forward-thinking — you plan ahead rather than react

- A key leadership role with genuine career progression
