About Us:

PAK'nSAVE Henderson is back – better than ever! As the second oldest PAK'nSAVE in New Zealand, we've been proudly serving our community for years, and in September 2021, we reopened our brand-new, environmentally friendly store that's 2.5x bigger, complete with an underground carpark and click & collect services.

We're proud of our inclusive, fun, and hard-working team culture. When the pace picks up, we roll up our sleeves and get stuck in – together.

We're on the hunt for a Seafood Manager to lead our busy Seafood Department with energy, integrity, and a passion for quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the seafood team to deliver outstanding service and presentation
  • Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage stock levels, waste, ordering, and displays
  • Implement and drive positive changes in the department
  • Ensure department targets are met and exceeded

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • A friendly and approachable personality
  • Proven leadership or management experience
  • Experience working with fish and seafood
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards
  • SAP and good IT skills
  • Great multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work early hours and at least one weekend day
  • A passion for developing others and making improvements

Training will be provided to the right candidate – experience is a bonus but not a dealbreaker.
