Position: Duty Manager
We are looking for responsible Duty Manager to help organize and run our Bar in Henderson Our ideal candidate will have a sharp business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a liaison between managers, employees and customers.

Ultimately, the duties of the Duty Manager are to make sure our bar and hotel operates effectively, and that we keep our customers happy. You must be available on weekends and public holidays.
Diploma level qualification required or One year relevant experience will be required.In addition, a valid LCQ and Manager s certificate is must.Experience in Gaming Sector preffered.Applicant must be above 20 years of age. Full training will be provided to suitable candidates.We pay market leading pay rates $25 to $30 depending upon experience. Minimum guaranteed hours per week will be thirty.
Job Descriptions: As a Duty Manager, you are required to perform the following task and duties, but not limited to:-
- Maintaining a welcome environment within the bar at all times
- Supervising liquor, gaming, health and other laws and regulations
- Connecting with customers and taking random customer feedback to assess their
- Take food and drink orders as and when required
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Coach and support new and existing staff
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
- Handle complaints from customers
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the bar and hotel is functional and presentable
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
- Act as representative of our bar and set an example for our staff
- Friendly, helpful and keen to engage with customer
- Organised and efficient
- Problem Solver
- Strong leadership and have a positive influencer
