THE ROLE: INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
Main duties are to ensure the efficient & uninterrupted operation of the production machinery. You will work closely with production to ensurethat production targets are achieved & that any electrical engineering issues are resolved in a timely, safe manner & to a high quality.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE THIS: Already Fully NZ Licensed Electrician (EWRB)
Proficient in NZ electrical stds & regs for industrial environmentsMinimum 3 years' industrial electrical experience
Experienced with rotational shift patterns
Computer literate
Knowledge of:- Breakdown, diagnostics in time pressured scenario
- Maintenance planning in FMCG manufacturing
- Specifying & working with electrical systems in hazardous areas
- Motor start & control equipment - direct drive, soft start & VSDs
- PLCs, associated sensing and control equipment & SCADA systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics
- NZ Work Visa/Residency/ Citizenship
