Whether you'reexperienced or just starting out, we provide full training and support to helpyou grow.Your duties will include:Collecting blood samples from inpatients and outpatients with professionalism and minimal discomfortEnsuring correct sample handling, labelling, and delivery in accordance with clinical guidelinesProviding respectful, compassionate interactions with patients and whānauPromoting a positive image of the Blood Test Centre through excellent customer serviceSupporting team members and fostering a collegial, respectful work environmentActively maintaining and developing knowledge in phlebotomy procedures and technology, including Delphic LIS and eOrdersAssisting with pre-analytical sample processing and other laboratory support duties as required About YouYou
