Tradestaff Dunedin have an exciting opportunity for Scaffolders & Spanner Hands!

This role will be based in Central Dunedin, normal hours being 7am - 5pm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• For Scaffolders:
• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding systems (Ringlock and Tube & Clip).
• Ensuring all scaffolding is safe, stable, and up to industry standards.
• Working closely with the team to meet project requirements on various sites.
• Loading and unloading scaffolding equipment from yard to job site and vice versa.
• For Spanner Hands:
• Assisting scaffolders by securing parts and tightening bolts.
• Loading and unloading scaffolding equipment from yard to job site and vice versa.
• Handling hand tools such as spanners and wrenches.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are maintained and used safely

What You’ll Need:

• Fit, strong, and ready for physical work
• Experience in physical, hands-on jobs (especially in scaffolding or similar fields)
• Proficiency in Ringlock and Tube and Clip scaffolding systems (for scaffolders)
• Willing to work long hours (9-10 hour days)
• No issues with heights
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Prior work related references
