• Manage a small residential property portfolio.
• Assist with viewings, tenancy applications, and agreements
• Conduct inspections and respond to tenant queries
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure legal compliance
• Maintain accurate records and support admin tasks
• Market properties and liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors

• A recent Property/business graduate or someone with 1-2 years' experience in property management or similar industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and landlords.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Tech-savvy
• Full driver's license
