Electronic Repair Technician / Retail Sales
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Repair Technician to join our thriving retail team at Phone Zone Hawkes Bay in our Hastings & Taradale stores. This is a full time role that will see you working closely with our customers to diagnose and repair a range of electronic devices.
We are unable to support a visa for this role so you must have the right to work in New Zealand.
What you'll be doing- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on electronic repair options
- Diagnosing and repairing a variety of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets and laptops
- Utilising your technical expertise to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
- Assisting with general retail duties as required
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in electronic device repair
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
- Qualifications or certifications in electronics or a related field would be highly regarded
