We provide Signals Intelligence and Cyber Security and resilience to organisations of national significance to successfully navigate in an unpredictable world.The role: Our Technology & Data directorate is seeking a confident business planner and coordinator to play a central role in providing day to day management and support of business activities and operational requirements of the directorate.As the Business Manager you will work closely with the senior leadership team, and other key leaders, and assist in the effective management of their units by guiding the coordination of business and financial planning.
In turn, your role will support the development, refinement and execution of the directorate's strategic plan; enabling effective decision making across the directorate.Other key responsibilities of the role: Leading business improvement efforts Managing accurate workforce and business data for the directorate Supporting portfolio management Risk management Business and budget reportingThere will be variety in this role which will give you the opportunity to work alongside other business managers across the NZIC as well as other agencies.
