Forklift Operator
We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Operator to assist with our operations at our sawmill in Masterton. Key duties include:
- Loading and unloading of product
- Completing relevant documentation
- Forklift maintenance related duties
- Assisting the team with other duties as required
The standard days are Monday to Friday, with shift hours between 5.00am to 3.00pm. Depending on experience, the indicative pay range is $25.00 to $29.50 an hour plus production bonus.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:Ideally you will have:
- One to three year’s experience driving forklifts, preferable 8T +
- Experience undertaking manual/physical duties
- Sound written and numeracy skills
- Basic computer skills
You’ll also have a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to undertake work in a safe and efficient way to ensure our health and safety, quality standards and production requirements are met.
