About the role
Our North Shore Toyota parts team has two divisions to it - genuine parts and performance parts (check out nstparts.com to learn more about the performance side of the business).
This role is all about being our in-house automotive parts expert - mainly for our North Shore Toyota retail and trade customers, but also for our Service department too. In the role, you'll continually learn more and more about parts daily, keeping up with the changing and evolving industry.You are also a team member in our wider Parts business, which has 4 different hubs around Auckland, so you'll provide overflow support to them too, as, and when needed.
The key areas of your day to day work include:- Parts ordering and processing
- Helping our retail and trade customers - in person, email and over the phone.
- Caring for and protecting stock
- Helping the Service department

- At least 1 years' experience in the automotive industry, preferably in parts
- At least 1 years' customer service experience (any industry) - you have to LOVE talking to customers and helping them
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite
- Experience using Microcat and / or TUNZ is preferred but not essential
- You learn new skills quickly, including new technologies
- You're a Team player who enjoys connecting with people
- You have solid verbal & written skills
- Positive and problem solver mindset
