ECE Caregiver (BestStart Birkdale)
Whanau are at the heart of everything we do. As a Caregiver, you'll play a key role in building warm, trusting relationships with our tamariki and their families. You'll help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can thrive through meaningful play, exploration, and connection.
This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday), working alongside a passionate and close-knit team of teachers who are committed to delivering quality care and education.
What we're looking for:We're after someone who has a natural connection with children—particularly infants and toddlers—and has experience working with children under five. While an ECE qualification is not required, the ability to take initiative, work collaboratively, and follow guidance is essential.
Most importantly, we want someone who is warm, caring, and genuinely excited to support our tamariki on their learning journey.
