Job Title: Permanent Part-Time Accounts Administrator – $35–$40/hr
Location: Hastings, Hawke’s Bay
Hours: 10am – 2pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a sharp, reliable and organized Accounts Administrator to join our tight-knit team in Hastings. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll handle day-to-day accounts tasks, support admin functions, and help us maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance partners.
Perfect for parents, return-to-work applicants, or anyone wanting reduced hours.
What You’ll Be Doing- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Follow up overdue accounts and resolve invoicing queries
- Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end reports
- Liaise with insurers and suppliers
- Communicate with the team and General Manager
- Experience in accounts or admin roles
- You know your way around Microsoft Office
- Infusion Accounting Software experience? Even better (but we can train you!)
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Organized, proactive, and trustworthy
- $35–$40 per hour, based on experience
