Kawerau - Manager People and Operations - Te Manawa Taki - NPHSat Te Whatu Ora -
This is a key management and leadership role in the regional Te Manawa Taki service.The primary purpose of the role is to provide leadership and effective day-to-day operational management for the Regional Operational and Medical team to deliver strategic, policy and operational priorities to enable the realisation of Pae Ora.
You will also lead the development and implementation of the operational plans, frameworks and protocols to support the NPHS regional strategic direction and service delivery. This role is expected to hold a CIMS lead role in outbreaks and other responses when required.

You're experienced in applying critical thinking, using sound judgment to develop options.
