Store Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Pizza Store.The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient store performance, uphold high service and product standards, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job type:- Full-time
Working Hours:- 30 hours Minimum per week including weekends and some late nights based on a rotating roster
Pay Rate:- $24 Per Hour
Job duties being a Store Manager are listed below:
- Direct and Supervise staff to ensure they’re doing things correctly and up to the store standard, both in the back- and front-of-house.
- Monitoring the inventory and making sure nothing ever runs out.
- Coordinate with suppliers to make sure orders are placed and delivered on time.
- Look after the finances such as handling bills, utility payments, business accounting, staff salary, etc.
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- To provide excellent customer service.
- To train staff and monitor their work so they uphold the pizzeria’s service standards.
- Should have leadership qualities recognizing and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence.
- Executes local store marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and loyalty
- Follow health and safety measures
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or a bachelors degree.
- Must be available to work weekends and some late nights.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
