You'll own the strategic design, build and management of our enterprise cloud and digital workplace platforms (including Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and our end-user computing estate).
You'll work with senior leaders to turn business needs into scalable, secure cloud solutions, drive DevOps and automation practices to streamline operations, and keep systems reliable through proactive monitoring and optimisation.You'll manage key vendor relationships and IT service management processes, ensuring SLAs are met and customers stay satisfied.
You'll also partner with our security team to embed compliance and risk management controls, and develop policies that align with government digital standards.Our ideal candidateYou'll bring proven experience designing, deploying and operating cloud and endpoint architectures in an enterprise or public sector setting.
You're comfortable working with service providers and negotiating to deliver high quality outcomes.You'll have a relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) and a solid grasp of cloud and digital service management concepts.
You're a clear communicator who can explain technical ideas simply to varied audiences, with strong written and presentation skills.
A customer service mindset, critical thinking flair and meticulous attention to detail will serve you well.
