About the role' As a team leader'based in our Hamilton hub, you will be'supporting our Safety Response Coordinators who are responsible for sharing information with our partner agencies to support risk assessment and safety planning for families and whānau impacted by family violence.
You will also support your coordinators in their role of identifying wellbeing and safety concerns for children and young people and escalating those concerns in high-risk situations. At times you may need to take calls from the coordinators outside of normal business hours as they work a 7 day a week roster (between the hours of 7 AM and 4 PM), including statutory holidays.
You will'empower'your'team to'provide an accurate and efficient service ensuring our customers receive the right information at the right time.
