We're looking for a Sales Lead who is passionate about helping others do their best work, enjoys connecting with people, and understands the value of building strong, lasting relationships in the farming sector.
ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you’ll lead and support sales reps across the country who are responsible for managing new leads and demonstrating how Resolution can add value on-farm.
You’ll also run your own product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our software to prospective clients, representatives and stakeholders in the farming sector.
A big part of your work will be building and maintaining strong relationships with existing users, rural professionals and industry groups, with a focus on growing our client base through trust and value.
You’ll act as a key link between our Sales and Support teams – coordinating meetings, sharing updates and helping respond to general queries so things stay connected and consistent.
You’ll run regular check-ins and training sessions to support engagement, great demos and effective CRM use.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who’s had proven success in sales leadership and account development roles, who knows how to bring out the best in a team.
You’ll have experience leading and coordinating people – ideally including remote staff or contractors – and be skilled at onboarding, training, and supporting reps to achieve shared goals.
You’ll need to be comfortable using a CRM to track leads, manage the pipeline and report on progress.
Just as importantly, you’ll have that bit of “X-factor”, be a great communicator who can build strong relationships, work independently, and help foster a positive, supportive team culture.
