About the Role

Managed Labour Hire is actively recruiting experienced workers across Christchurch and Canterbury for civil construction roles — from skilled drivers to shovel-ready labourers. We're looking for people who know the game and are here to work. These are long-term, full-time roles across key projects — subdivisions, drainage, infrastructure, and heavy earthworks.

What We're Looking For

We're after skilled legends in roles like:

• Machine Operators (excavator, loader, roller, dozer)
• Class 2-5 Civil Drivers (tipping, spreading, jack-knifing)
• Drainage Labourers, Concrete Workers, Pipe Layers
• Grader Drivers, Hydro Excavator Operators
• Traffic Management (TTMs, STMS)
• General Labourers with WTR
