Retail Sales Assistant

The pay would be $27 - $30 P/h.

• Greeting and serving customers.
• Acquiring and updating knowledge of employer’s and competitors’ goods and services, and market conditions.
• Assessing customers’ needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs.
• Promoting Techpro ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Quoting and negotiating prices, and completing sales and recording orders using our system.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments. Balancing cash registers with receipts.
• Dealing with customer refunds and customer complaints.
• Responsible for security within the store and being on the look out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
• Ensure all equipment and shop environments are operational and maintained in good order. General housekeeping and cleaning duties, keep shop tidy and organized at all times:
• Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of ICT related software and service.
• Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services.
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving and problems arising.
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.
• Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment.
• Repairing and servicing the devices when you are qualified and requested.
• Any other duties as reasonably required by the business.
