AP & AR Lead
We’re seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage a small team and oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to drive accuracy, mentor the team, and lead continuous improvement will make a real impact.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations, while supporting the wider finance function with insights and improvements. Experience working in public sector payments is beneficial, along with a strong understanding of financial controls and reporting.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a government or complex organisational setting
- Strong working knowledge of payment and accounting systems, such as TechnologyOne
- Expertise in expense claims, journal entries, and reconciliations
- A proactive approach to process improvement and team development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
