Warehouse Assistant & Customer Service

This role would be ideal for:
- A university student (particularly studying business, marketing, or a related field) keen to learn how a small online business operates, or
- A mum returning to work or looking for part-time hours after school drop-off.
- Monday to Friday: 8am - 2pm
- Order fulfilment: preparing click & collect orders, picking and packing online orders for dispatch
- Customer service: responding to customer emails, managing warranties, exchanges and general enquiries
- Warehouse support: receipting inwards goods, putting stock away, and assisting with inwards/outwards logistics
- Stock coordination: liaising with the team around stock levels and replenishment
- Website & marketing support: basic product maintenance, blog creation, with scope to grow into email marketing and website editing over time
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident with computers and systems
- Experience posting on social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Previous order fulfilment, retail or customer service experience is a bonus
- An interest in specialty coffee and coffee equipment is highly desirable
