The Opportunity
We are looking for aProject Managerto join us for an initial 3-4 month term to support our exciting growth initiatives. This role will suit someone with a generalist Project Management skillset and ideally some exposure to primary healthcare and digital environments.You’ll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent small-medium projects across varied domains, including a property relocation initiative.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver projects that align with strategic goals. Reporting to theGeneral Manager - Strategic Development, you’ll help drive outcomes through agile or hybrid delivery methods, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder engagement.
Key skills/attributes required- Relevant tertiary level qualification, Prince 2 would be ideal or agile PMO
- Strong generalist Project Management skillset with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Business centric and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional level of verbal and written communication.
- A passion for improving equitable health outcomes for the population of Tamaki Makaurau and Aotearoa, New Zealand.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to shaping our efforts.
- Experience in primary healthcare (or affiliated) industry preferred
- Familiarity with digital project environments strongly preferred
- Flexible hybrid work environment, a mixed model of remote and office-based working
