We have a huge workload and are looking for a Light Fabrication (TIG) Welder apprentice for our Foreman Road Hamilton site.

• Interested in learning Light Fabrication welding
• Interested in being able to read basic drawings
• Capable with previously using hand tools and power tools
• Able to work unsupervised
• Good attention to detail
• Punctual
• Be willing to learn new techniques, gain new knowledge and skills
• Understand that we have processes in place to meet not only our tight deadlines but also maintain our high workmanship and reputation and will therefore be keen to follow those processes and/or contribute to developing new and better processes
• Can work and communicate well within a team
• A great attitude is a must

To be considered for this role you will need to show initiative and be keen to learn new skills and be ready to comit to a 4 year apprenticeship with Action.

Overtime Rate: Time and a half paid for all hours worked over 40 hours per week – when overtime is available
