Te Runanga o Ngati Ruanui is grounded in manaakitanga, whanaungatanga and the advancement of our uri and kaupapa. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support our financial operations with accuracy and professionalism.

About the Role

As our Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of Te Runanga o Ngati Ruanui and its subsidiaries through:
  • Processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Supporting the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Assisting with audits and compliance activities
  • Ensuring internal controls are maintained and any financial risks are promptly reported
  • Providing general administrative and office support
  • Upholding confidentiality, integrity and a commitment to high standards

About You

You are someone who:
  • Has experience using Accredo Accounting Software (or similar) and is confident using Microsoft applications
  • Holds a relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrates excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Communicates confidently and clearly, both in writing and verbally
  • Has an understanding of Ngati Ruanui tikanga and is comfortable engaging with Uri
  • Holds a high level of personal and professional integrity, especially in managing confidential information

This is a permanent, part-time role working 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
