We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused full-time Cashier to join our friendly team at our retail store in Tauranga City. This is a permanent role, with 30+ hours per week. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience by warmly welcoming customers, assisting with their enquiries, and building strong, lasting relationships.- Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, invoices, and credit payments.
- Manage exchanges, credit notes, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support for other team when required
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Attributes- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people
- Tech product knowledge is a plus
- An outgoing personality and a strong team-player mindset
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required in a dynamic retail environment
