We are looking for workers who are available for at least 3-5 days a week! The more available you are, more work will be offered to you as work becomes available. A good attitude and work ethic is key! Your own transport to get to and from work is a must as you may be traveling to different sites daily.
Sites will be across the Hawkes Bay region, with permanent opportunities potentially available
What are the tasks involved?- Helping in setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary worksites under the supervision of an STMS.
- Safely directing vehicles or pedestrians through a work site.
- On-going work,
- Opportunities to up-skill,
- Regular lunch shouts,
- Opportunities to earn extra cash: Awards “Worker of the Week” with a $100 cash bonus, $200 cash bonus for the first 200 hours your referral has worked.

- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn, TTMW/ TMO tickets preferred but not essential,
- Reliability, punctuality, commitment,
- To be available for at least three days a week, and some weekend work,
- Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn,
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and random tests thereafter,
- Your own reliable transport to get to and from work.
