Office Administrator - Christchurch

We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Office Administrator to oversee daily operations, HR, compliance, and system improvements. You will be in close communication with the Directors and site teams.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong office or operations management experience with Xero is a must
  • Likes order and is confident with HR, payroll, and compliance responsibilities
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Takes initiative and is always looking to improve systems
  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly task lists using tradify or similar software
  • Maintain office supplies, and plant
  • Develop and improve business processes, manuals, and systems
  • Manage contracts and employment documentation
  • Monitor staff performance and arrange training when needed for Directors
  • Run payroll (payhero) and maintain records of workplace incidents and investigations Health & Safety / Compliance
  • Oversee PPE stock
  • Maintain compliance documentation

This position is not for the faint hearted and a good sense of humor would be a great attribute.
