The Customer Support & Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role within Quinovic, ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and brand consistency across the franchise network. This position is responsible for managing all incoming inquiries from multiple channels, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and providing essential administrative and operational support to both franchise owners and the broader team.
To excel in this role, the Customer Support & Marketing Coordinator must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities with ease, and a keen attention to detail. A customer-centric mindset is essential, as this role is often the first point of contact for prospective clients, tenants, and franchisees.Ensuring timely, professional, and informative responses is critical to maintaining Quinovic’s reputation for excellence.
Beyond customer engagement, this role is responsible for maintaining and utilizing HubSpot Sales Hub to track and manage leads, supporting franchise marketing efforts through Canva and website content updates, and assisting in the onboarding process for new franchise owners.Additionally, the role involves coordinating key company events, such as Quinovic’s annual conference, and providing general operational support to ensure seamless day-to-day functions within the business.

Key Skills & Experience- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with HubSpot Sales Hub (or similar CRM tools) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing materials.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
