We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Managers to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and to provide amazing service to our customers.

We are looking for someone with one and a half year hospitality experience at a waiter / senior waiter level who is looking to make a step up to an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Work experience in a similar restaurant environment would be advantageous.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Effectively manage staff ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
• Support staff in training and development.
• Ensure all customers’ inquiries and concerns are responded to promptly and appropriately.
• Be familiar with the menu and wine list, including daily specials.
• Communicate with customers and make recommendations for menu and beverage selection.
• Supervise general cleaning and ensure that establishment and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Work closely with other departments ensuring communication flows effectively.

Permanent position – sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate. Guaranteed 30 hours minimum. From $30.00+ per hour depending on experience.
