The Role:
OurAelia Duty Free Storeoffers a premium shopping experience featuring a curated selection of luxury duty free goods, including perfumes, cosmetics, spirits, wines, gourmet foods, fashion accessories, electronics, and travel essentials.
We’re looking forFull-TimeRetail Assistantsto join our team atQueenstown Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
We have the following shift available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday 10.30am - 11:00pm (must have own reliable transport)
Mandarin speaker preferred but not essential.
What You’ll Do: Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional trainingKeep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For: Passion for customer service & sales
Confident communicator with a positive attitudeWell-groomed & professionally presented
Retail experience is a big bonus!
Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
