Restaurant Manager

The scope of our operations currently encompasses the award-winning venues King of Snake, Hugo French Bistro, ROCA, Monarch Cocktail Bar and Botanic.

We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager as we look to strengthen our talent pool and further raise our standards of excellence.

We are looking for a passionate, career-orientated Restaurant Manager who is committed to excellence with continuous career growth whilst delivering amazing guest experiences.

As a Restaurant Manager at one of Warring Group's venues, you will:

• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the business, including responsibility for KPI's, regular staff training & development, quality control, business oversight and have a platform to submit valued ideas.
• Take responsibility for maintaining and elevating the level of service excellence that Warring Group is known for.
• Have regular valuable opportunities to progress your career within the group, and be supported by a wide-ranging network of high-performing hospitality professionals.
• Oversee many aspects of daily operations, such as; overseeing rosters, cashing up, managing staff, and running the restaurant during service.

This is a senior position, and requires candidates to:

• Be obsessed with the overall guest experience
• Be at least 20 years of age
• Have at least one year of Duty Managers' experience or similar relevant experience
• Have the desire to up-skill and progress their career in hospitality
• Have excellent personal presentation
• Have the willingness to learn, grow and adapt under guidance & leadership within the group.
• Have an active Duty Managers certificate
