ALH Bay of Plenty is excited to work with a few companies looking to bring in an administration star or someone with a stand out attitude towards learning & growing.
Working directly with the company management, you will start your days running administration and project support assistance to the team in the office.
No days will be the same, some days you will be on the sending emails, the next you could be delivering inventory onsite.
If you have any experience in a civil, concrete or construction environment this is considered a big plus.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Not afraid to have a laugh with the team.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative to work independently
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Experience in an administration role or ability to learn
- Some Accounts or Xero experience or desire to learn
- Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking and prioritising tasks
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients, embracing diversity
- Excellent computing and Microsoft Office skills (Competency in Excel is desirable)
- Attention to detail
