We are seeking a dedicated IT Operations Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting both desktop engineering and operational functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across a variety of areas including desktop support, networking, security, artificial intelligence, cloud services, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop engineering support, managing hardware and software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee IT service desk operations, ensuring efficient ticket management and application support.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize operational workflows and enhance IT services.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft environments, including O365 and Azure, ensuring seamless operations.
• Implement scripting and automation to improve processes and efficiency.
• Utilize the ManageEngine suite or similar tools for monitoring and managing IT infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, maintaining a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT service desk operations and application support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Admin tools with hands-on experience in O365 and Azure environments.
• Strong experience in scripting languages and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with the ManageEngine suite or similar IT management solutions is advantageous.
• Proven communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
