ABOUT THE ROLE

This is your opportunity to stand out as a quality focused Laboratory Technician. You will be involved in the sampling and analysis of our products, utilising a variety of processes both on-site and with the prospect of involvement in other testing areas.

With your ability to quickly learn, you will develop a broad and diverse skill base.

You will be responsible for:
  • Sampling and analysis of raw materials and finished product
  • On-going servicing and calibration of equipment

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
  • NCEA level two in Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent (20 credits each)
  • Proactive attitude to safety, health and environmental management
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to relate well and closely interact with others, forming positive team relationships
  • A Full NZ Driver’s License, and the ability to drive a manual vehicle, is desirable as you may be required to drive to various points for sampling
Your availability for roster weekends and on-call work is expected and your adaptability and flexibility are essential to meet our business demands. The on-call and roster weekends are one week in every six.
