Maintenance Planner
Role: Maintenance Planner - Waipapa, Full Time

We are currently seeking an experience Maintenance Planner to join our Waipapa site and play a key role in driving plant reliability and availability.
About the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this full-time, Monday to Friday role focuses on maintenance planning, preventative and predictive maintenance, and CMMS performance to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage our CMMS (MEX) to develop and maintain schedules.
- Plan and prioritise maintenance work to meet production schedules.
- Coordinate shutdown maintenance and support capital projects.
- Manage spare parts availability and documentation.
- Report on equipment, capability, reliability and availability.
- Work closely with maintenance, production, contractors and suppliers.
- Support site safety systems, JSA's, permits and risk management.
About You
In order to be successful in your role, you will bring a strong blend of technical knowledge, planning capability, and communication skills. You will ideally have:
- NZCE preferred or Diploma in Reliability, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Solid experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment with at least 3+ years in maintenance planning.
- Strong working knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance principles.
- Experience using a CMMS (MEX preferred) and strong software literacy.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical reasoning, and an organised, proactive approach.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, plant reliability and safety excellence.
