We have been in business for 20 years providing expert design, manufacture and installation of custom built high quality fencing and gates.
We are looking for an experienced welder / installer to join our team.Mt Wellington Location
Tasks & responsibilities
Workshop Activities:
Welding and fabrication of aluminum and steel products (MIG) in the workshopManufacture and design of custom fittings and fixings
Maintenance of workshop based tools and test jigs
Onsite Activities:
You will be loading and taking the products to site and then unloading and doing the full installation includingPreparing the ground foundations/posts.
Use of drilling, screwing, Cutting, Grinding tools
Installation of hinges and locking mechanisms, gates and fencing products
Experience
Must have5 years hands on welding experience with Aluminum and Steel.
a good work ethic, and work well in a team, great attendance record
You will need to be physically healthy and fit and have a full NZ drivers license with experience of driving a manual vehicle
Minimum height required to do the job is 5ft 10"
Nice to have
You will ideally have some background of installing large, manufactured products in either the manufacturing, construction or landscaping Industry
Open to entry level applicants if you can demonstrate the right personal qualities required.Specific on job training will be provided.
