Connexa is New Zealand’s leading mobile tower infrastructure company, driven by a mission to enable a more connected digital future for Aotearoa New Zealand. We do this by designing, building and managing mobile sites across the country for telecommunications providers (like Spark and 2degrees) to expand their coverage efficiently and sustainably.

Our tower portfolio of 2,500 covers Cape Reinga to Bluff and is the largest in New Zealand.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading several high-priority property and infrastructure initiatives that support Connexa’s growth, efficiency, and operational excellence. You’ll manage multiple workstreams ranging from tool and process implementation to major transitions and vendor partnerships, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team where you will work closely with business SMEs, BAs, external partners, and senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Value Stacking (including Consolidations and related initiatives)
  • Facilitating Continuous Improvement / Lean initiatives
  • Developing and overseeing a work program in the transition space
  • Overseeing the internal property acquisition tool
  • Facilitating Continuous Improvement / Lean initiatives
  • Establishing structure and governance to guarantee that all workstreams are completed within scope, on time, and within budget; scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and generating progress reports.
  • Managing the external partners, supervising BA and SME resources
  • Additional projects – supporting other property and infrastructure initiatives as needed.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within Connexa’s project management practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in property, infrastructure, or telecommunications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and reporting capability.
  • Fantastic communication skills in all formats
  • A creative approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • A recognition and embrace and differences and diversity in the workplace
  • A growth mindset and desire for continuous improvement
